What is IBS?

The Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Business Studies is a program that aims to explore business in a more generalist approach, giving business students the opportunity to design their own program of business studies.

This flexible program delves into the different disciplines and aspects of business, economics, accounting, finance, management or marketing. IBS offers various courses that explore different business paths, helping students discover which discipline they are most interested in.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Practicum for IBS Students (PRCIBS) - Graduating IBS students are required to have a 200-hour field exposure in selected and approved business companies. This program will help IBS students be exposed to the business path they’re most interested in and be able to see the real-life scenes in the business world.

Thesis for IBS Students (THSIBS) - Through forming groups with other IBS students, this course aims to integrate the different learnings of the students. The group can consist of students taking up the same or different minors.
