Mr. Jerryco Jarigue obtained his Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics (Magna Cum Laude) from Laguna State Polytechnic University-San Pablo City Campus as a Department of Science and Technology(DOST) Scholar. He finished his Master of Science in Mathematics degree from the School of Science and Engineering, Ateneo de Manila University. He is currently taking up his Doctor of Philosophy in Mathematics Education from the University of the Philippines Open University as a Department of Science and Technology(DOST) Scholar.
He has also garnered many awards, among them are CHAMPION, 3rd CASIO-MSPC Mathematics Teachers Olympics University of the Philippines, Los Banos, Finalist, Search for Outstanding High School Teacher, Gawad Patnugot , DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON, Outstanding High School Teacher--Search for the Hardworking, Innovative and Novel Employees in the Division of San Pablo City, BEST PAPER Finalist in the 2016 Philippine Conference of Basic Education Researchers--Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), GAWAD AGHAM: Most Outstanding Teacher , Researcher of the Year --San Pablo City Science High School, Most Innovative Teacher of the Year, MOST INNOVATIVE TEACHER of the San Pablo City Science High School.
A much sought-after speaker for schools, colleges, and universities both in the Department of Education and private sectors. He is also an active research writer and presenter in both local and international conferences, and active coach of various Mathematics competitions both in local and national competitions.
At present, he is a Mathematics Department Coordinator of the San Pablo City Science High School and an instructor in the Institute of Graduate Studies and Applied Research of the Laguna State Polytechnic University(LSPU).
