Ms. Gianette Sayco obtained her Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Mathematics (Magna Cum Laude) from West Visayas State University and her Master in Education Major in Mathematics degree from the University of the Philippines Visayas.
She presented her master’s thesis entitled “Developing a Repository of Fishing Community Cultural Contexts for Junior High School Mathematics and a Contextualized Mathematics Teaching Unit Using The ‘Community as Learning Laboratory’ (Collab) Model” at the 2018 Mathematical Society of the Philippines Cebu Research Congress and Convention and was awarded as the best research in mathematics education category.
She is currently teaching Junior High School mathematics at De La Salle University Integrated School.
