Q1 2025 was anything but quiet. DiDi Moto hit the ground running with bold moves, strategic launches, and a renewed push to make mobility smarter, safer, and more accessible across Latin America. From unlocking every corner of CDMX to setting foot in a brand-new country, this quarter marked a turning point in our regional expansion journey.
Opening New Roads
We didn’t just expand—we unlocked entire regions. This quarter, DiDi Moto officially launched in San José, Costa Rica, becoming the fifth SSL country to welcome our two-wheeled solution. That’s a major milestone and a bold step forward in our regional strategy.
Alongside this, we reached full coverage in Mexico City, adding all remaining Alcaldías to the map—a feat that reflects months of dedication from cross-functional teams.
Each new launch it’s a step closer to making affordable, agile transportation a reality for more communities across Latin America.
Rumbo Seguro: Scaling Safety and Inclusion in CDMX
As we’ve highlighted in past articles, Rumbo Seguro continues to be one of our most impactful initiatives—championing safer roads and stronger communities.
In Q1, the program expanded into Iztapalapa and Ecatepec, bringing together DiDi, SEMOVI, local governments, and ANASEVI to deliver hands-on safety training for DiDi Moto drivers.
Participants received practical guidance on helmet use, vehicle inspections, driving best practices, and live assessments based on national safety standards—all tailored to the realities of the road.

More than training, this is about giving our partners the tools to ride with confidence, earn with safety, and change perceptions about moto mobility.
A Bigger Q2 on the Horizon
After a high-impact Q1, we're shifting gears and accelerating toward what comes next. Our Growth strategy is charging ahead, with 22 new Moto launches planned for Q2—many of them in Argentina, one of our fastest-growing markets.
