Impact in Q4 and Beyond
In our last report, we highlighted the challenges of entering Mexico City. In Q4, we didn’t just meet expectations—we exceeded them!
By October, we expanded into six additional areas: Azcapotzalco, Coyoacán, Gustavo A. Madero, Iztacalco, Tláhuac, and Venustiano Carranza. This rapid growth drove an impressive 170% increase in trips in Ciudad de México and Estado de México YoY (vs Q4 2023), solidifying CDMX as a cornerstone of our regional strategy.
Across the SSL region, we achieved an extraordinary 66% YoY increase in trips during Q4 (vs Q4 2023), fueled by Growth in our key markets. Additionally, the total hours drivers worked grew by 35% YoY, bringing affordable and reliable transportation to even more people and connecting thousands of users to new opportunities.
Driving Safer Roads and Stronger Communities
As part of our mission to make Every Day Better for Everyone, we continued advancing road safety and social inclusion through Rumbo Seguro. This initiative, launched in Mexico, equips DiDi Moto drivers with essential road safety skills and fosters community impact.
Milestones like the Iztapalapa launch showcased how mobility connects people, with 31% of trips in the area helping users reach hospitals, schools, and public transport.

Argentina’s Knockout Year with DiDi Moto
We celebrated two incredible years of transforming the moto-hailing industry in Argentina. During this time, we expanded to four cities and established ourselves as the top solution for travel. In 2024 alone, we doubled the number of registered drivers, offering flexible earning opportunities that empower everyday heroes to support their families.
To mark this milestone, we launched the bold campaign "A Champion Knows How to Win," boosting brand awareness and attracting new driver partners. The campaign celebrated the resilience and dedication of our partners—everyday champions who make a difference on the streets.
