This session introduces the intersection of foundational management theories with cutting-edge technology.

Objectives:

• Understand the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

• Explore how generative AI and automation tools (like ChatGPT and Gemini AI) can streamline project documentation and scheduling.

• Apply essential techniques such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Gantt charts to organize tasks effectively.

• Demonstrate how AI can assist in resource allocation, risk assessment, and decision-making processes.

• Identify practical applications of AI- driven project management in academic, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments to support data-driven results.
