Course Description:

Objectives:

● Optimize people and process management through digital systems that enhance efficiency, talent effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce capability.

● Apply grounded AI tools effectively in education by differentiating NotebookLM from general chatbots and using source-based AI to ensure accuracy, reliability, and instructional relevance.

● Transform raw and multimedia content into high-quality learning resources by generating audio overviews, structured lesson materials, study guides, and summaries from text and video sources.

● Integrate Artificial Intelligence ethically and critically into action research by using AI-assisted tools for literature review, qualitative analysis, and gap identification while upholding methodological rigor and research integrity.
