INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS OF LONG AND SHORT PAPERS

The authors of accepted papers will present their work during the technical sessions.

AVI 2022 will host 15 different sessions by topics, and each can include both long and short papers. Each author will receive an email with details about the date and time of their presentation. The complete program of AVI 2022 is available on the dedicated page.

Authors of long and short papers have 30 and 20 minutes respectively to present their work, including the Q&A (discussion) and the change of speaker.

Authors are encouraged to upload their presentations via this form in advance to facilitate the change between one speaker and the next.

A Google Meet link will be provided to those who are not able to attend the conference in presence.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS OF DEMO AND POSTER PAPERS

The authors of demo and poster papers will present their work during a dedicated session on Thursday, 09 June, from 14:30 to 16:00 (for more information about please visit the AVI 2022 program page).

For each demo paper, we will provide the following equipment:

- a table

- electrical power (one power strip)

- wifi connection (up to 500mbps shared)

We will provide a frame for each poster paper to hang a poster of max size 100cm(width) x 150cm(height).
