Workshop Proposal submission

You will be able to edit and update the form till the deadline.

In the workshop proposal, please specify the workshop motivation and objectives, as long as its history, the workshop format and required services, the target audience, the review process and proceedings publication, as well as the organizers' bio and contacts. Finally, please provide expected attendance, based on previous workshop editions or as the organizer's educated guess.

AVI will not pay for registration, travel, or other arrangements for workshop organizers or any of their invited speakers or guests. AVI will also not pay for workshop dinners.

Workshop proposals

We invite proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with the International Conference on Advanced Visual Interfaces AVI 2022. We invite proposals for either half-day long or day-long workshops.

Please note these important dates required for all AVI workshops:

• Website online: Sunday, February 6, 2022

• Workshop paper dues: Sunday, March 20, 2022 (Recommended)

• Workshop paper acceptance notice: Wednesday, April 20, 2022 (Recommended)

• Workshop paper camera ready: Sunday, May 1st, 2022

• Workshop day: Monday, June 6th or Tuesday, June 7th, 2022

Workshops receiving less than 10-12 registrations, may be cancelled and thus will not take place.

Tutorials

We invite the proposal of half-day or full-day tutorials on specific topics related to AVI and general HCI approaches, methodologies, or technologies.

Tutorials will be held on Monday, June 6th or Tuesday, June 7th, 2022
