Will you arrive by train? Conference shuttles will take guests from the Frascati train station to the Villa Tuscolana Park Hotel. The rides will start on Monday 06 June at 8:30 am.

During the conference week, transport from/to nearby hotels and from/to Frascati train station is available upon request.

AVI 2022 will occur in Park Hotel Villa Tuscolana, in Frascati (pronounced [fraˈskaːti]), a city and comune in the Metropolitan City of Rome Capital in the Lazio region of central Italy. It is located 20 kilometers (12 mi) south-east of Rome, on the Alban Hills, close to the ancient city of Tusculum. Frascati is closely associated with science, being the location of several international scientific laboratories. Frascati produces the white wine with the same name. It is also a historical and artistic center.

Special rates will be available for the attendees of AVI 2022 for the whole week, as well as special packages for those willing to travel with their own families. More information on the accommodation rates and booking procedures will be provided in the following months, before the early registration deadline.


AVI 2022 will be an in-person event. Nevertheless, the organization is ready to consider adding alternative forms in exceptional circumstances.
