Healthy Kits for Healthy Teens
As identified in the study, aside from lack of knowledge and practices, some learners have no access to hygiene supplies. Thus, to further strengthen health education through resources in the E-HEALTH portal, the proponents conducted a community outreach program where learners were given hygiene kits while attending a health education seminar.
Hygiene Kits for Healthy Teens Outreach Program was first held on December 7, 2021 at GEANHS' covered court, where 305 4Ps recipients received hygiene kits. Another batch of 348 learners were given kits on December 10, 2021. The outreach activity was made possible through the generous hearts of community partners such as alumni, private individuals and organizations.
