In School-Based Management (SBM), the "Curriculum and Teaching" domain focuses on how effectively teachers utilize and implement the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of their students. This domain emphasizes teachers' understanding and application of the curriculum, their ability to create effective and engaging lessons, and their use of diverse instructional materials. It also includes how teachers communicate learning objectives to students. 

Key aspects of the Curriculum and Teaching domain :

• Curriculum Understanding and Implementation:
  Teachers should demonstrate a strong grasp of the curriculum and be able to translate it into effective teaching practices.

• Lesson Planning and Delivery:
  Teachers should plan and deliver lessons that are well-structured, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives.

• Instructional Materials and Strategies:
  Teachers should utilize a variety of appropriate instructional materials and teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.

• Communication of Learning Objectives:
  Teachers should clearly communicate learning objectives to students, ensuring they understand what they are expected to learn.
