Eastern Bacoor National High School Compliance with Section 94 (Transparency Seal) RA 11465 (General Appropriations Act FY 2020)
Section 94. Transparency Seal. To enhance transparency and enforce accountability, all agencies of the government shall maintain a Transparency Seal to be posted on their websites. The Transparency Seal shall contain the following:
a. Agency Mandate, Vision, Mission
b. List of Officials, Positions (Administrators and Teaching Personnel, and Contact Details
a.1.1. List of Allotment and Sub-Allotments (LASA) Received
a.1.2. Statement of Appropriations, Allotments, Obligations, Disbursements and Balances (SAAODB)
a.1.3. Status of Allotment Releases and Its Utilization
b. Report of Disbursement
c. Financial Report of Operations
d. Physical Plan
