To uphold the principles and requirements of Republic Act No. 9155, Eastern Bacoor National High School has published these inclusive rules and regulations for students, parents, and visitors. These rules reflect the school's commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for all members of the school community. The school commits to strengthening the principle of shared accountability between levels of governance as well as among partners and stakeholders in the dissemination and application of this guideline's provisions.
The provisions of these rules and regulations shall be liberally construed in order to promote its objectives taking into account the best interests of students in school as the paramount consideration without recourse to the strict technicalities of legal procedures and evidence but with regard to the proper observance of due process in all circumstances.
