Procedure on MPS CIA Encoding for Junior High School

1. Click the button of your SUBJECT AREA on the right side of this page. It will automatically open the folder assigned to your subject area.

2. Fill up the Subject Area, Grade Level, and Term on the "INPUT DATA" sheet.

3. Fill up the learning competencies based on your Table of Specification.

4. On the "Per Teacher" sheet, input the name of subject teacher for each section, no. of test takers, and the CORRECT RESPONSES for each item.

5. CIA and MPS sheets are automatically computed as you encode the correct responses.

6. In the "MPS" sheet, indicate the name of subject teachers below the MPS table.
