Bignay National High School respects and values your data privacy rights, and ensures that all personal data collected from students, parents, employees, and visitors are processed in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and all other applicable laws.

“Personal Data” refers to all types of personal information, including personal information (such as name, contact details, address) and sensitive personal information (such as age, educational records, health information, religion, etc.) as defined under the DPA.

The personal data collected are used for legitimate educational and administrative purposes such as:

• Student admission and academic management

• Communication with parents and guardians

• Recruitment, selection, and appointment of employees

• Compliance with regulatory requirements

• Website improvement

We do not share personal data with third parties unless:

• It is required by law or government authorities

• It is necessary for academic, administrative, or legal purposes

• The data subject has given explicit consent
