Khan Academy can complement classroom instruction by providing learners with opportunities for practice, remediation, enrichment, and self-paced learning.
Teachers may use Khan Academy resources to support their lessons in Mathematics and Science and provide learners with additional opportunities to strengthen their knowledge and skills.
COMPUTER LABORATORY RULES
Before Using the Computer
Enter the laboratory quietly and orderly.
Proceed directly to your assigned computer/tablet number.
CHECK the computer/tablet and REPORT any existing damage immediately.
Food and drinks are NOT ALLOWED inside the laboratory.
During Computer Use
Use only the assigned computer unless instructed otherwise.
Use the computer for KHAN ACADEMY ONLY.
Do not install unauthorized software.
Do not change computer settings.
Do not visit inappropriate or unauthorized websites.
Do not access another learner's account.
Do not share your username and password.
Do not disconnect cables or peripherals.
Use your personal headphones responsibly and at a safe volume.
Report technical problems immediately.
After Using the Computer
Save your work properly.
LOG OUT of your Khan Academy account.
Close all browser windows.
Remove personal files or downloaded materials.
Return the keyboard, mouse, and chair to their proper positions.
Leave the workstation CLEAN and organized.
Wait for the teacher's instruction before leaving.
