The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a roadmap that lays down specific interventions that a school, with the help of the community and other stakeholders, will undertake within a period of three consecutive school years.

The Enhanced School Improvement Plan contains the following:

Chapter 1: School Planning Team Understanding on DepEd VISION, MISSION, and CORE VALUES

Chapter 2 : SCHOOL’S CURRENT SITUATION

Chapter 3: Project Work Plan and Budget Matrices

Chapter 4: Monitoring and Evaluation
