San Francisco ES: The School of Dreamers
School enrolment, which is essentially a count of the number of children who have enrolled with all of a country's schools, may be used to determine a population's access to education. The school enrolment rate is a related statistical indicator that is defined as the proportion of children of official school age who are enrolled in school to the population of the same official school age. Moreover the enrollment data of a school is also updated in the Learner Information System (LIS) of DepEd.
A transfer learner is someone who has acquired credits for study at one school or institution but, for whatever reason, wishes to transfer to another school or institution and transfer the credits.
