The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is the main vehicle through which a school will move forward in the path of improvement. The plan is carefully formulated to focus on the goals and strategies that will steer to a better pupil learning and a more effective school organization and management.

The stakeholders of Mabuno Elementary School are unanimously tied up in their efforts to come up with The School Improvement Plan. The officers and members of the internal and external bodies of stakeholders contributed in the planning, initiating, managing and supporting school activities.

The main concern of the school (and the SIP) is the improvement of academic performance of school children and the efficiency and effectiveness of internal practices in the teaching-learning environment. Other areas include the improvement of the school physical plant and curriculum development.
