Annual Implementation Plan (AIP) serves as basis in achieving goals, targets and key improvement strategies from the different strategic plan. It includes the significant projects of the school which will be put into operation and how they will be monitored. It encompasses actions, roles, responsibilities, timelines and success criteria leading to the achievement. This is to be monitored to ensure its efficiency, effectiveness and progress.
