The school head does instructional supervision to ensure the implementation of the educational mission and vision of the school. Instructional Supervision is the process of facilitating the professional growth of a teacher primarily by giving the teacher feedback about classroom interaction and helping the teacher make use of that feedback in order to make teaching more effective.
