Address Update for OPT/STEM OPT

Please complete and submit this request by emailing Dr. Buckwalter (buckwalterc@denison.edu) or Dr. Akinkugbe (akinkugbem@denison.edu) to update your physical address (where you are living in the U.S.) during OPT/STEM OPT. This should be reported within 10 days of any changes to your U.S. physical address.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing immigration-related requests. If you need to resubmit this request for any reason, the processing timeline will restart from the date of the new submission.
