ISS Portal Update
Our office in the coming weeks, will be transitioning to a new software system used to manage international student records and immigration documentation.
During this transition period, you may temporarily experience limited digital access to certain documents or request histories within your Denison ISS profile. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To avoid disruption, we strongly encourage you to:
Download and save copies of all important immigration documents currently available in your student portal (e.g., I-20s, CPT authorizations, OPT recommendations, travel signatures).
Save email confirmations related to immigration requests.
Keep both digital and printed copies of key documents for your records.
Please note:
Your SEVIS record will not be affected by this transition.
Processing times may be slightly longer during the changeover period.
We will communicate clearly if any action is required from you.
As we learn more about the transition timeline and new system features, we will share additional updates.
