Diccionario de Dibujos = Picture Dictionary
Students "DRAW" the story. They read Spanish sentences of the story and draw pictures that correspond.
Dramatizaciones = Dramas
Students ACT OUT the story. I read the story and they do the actions that correspond.

Antonio mira todas las pistolas, pero a él no le gustan las pistolas. Mira una pistola que está en el suelo. Nota que es una pistola especial y le dice a la mujer:
-Me gusta la pistola que está en el suelo. Quiero esta pistola.
-No, no, esta pistola, no. Esta pistola es de mi esposo.
Entonces, Antonio pone mucha plata en la mesa y le ofrece la plata a la mujer. La mujer está contenta.

Carlos le dice, "¡No uses la pistola!" Henry le dice, "Los diez dedos no necesitas . . . " Carlos le dice, "¡Mis dedos! ¡No!"
Capítulo Cuatro = Chapter Four
¿Le gusta el romance o la plata? = Do you like romance or money? Students asked each other this question and tallied results. One class had more that like ROMANCE and one class had more that like MONEY.
Me gusta = I like
Te gusta = you like
Le gusta = he/she likes BUT can also mean "you like" when used formally. For example when asking someone who is older than you a question.

¡Preparen los cañones! = Prepare the cannons!
Capítulo Seis = Chapter Six = Raquel is on Henry Morgan's boat.
Le gusta = he/she likes. Raquel/"Santiago" le gusta ser pirata, le gusta la chaqueta de los piratas, le gusta estar en el barco, le gusta Henry Morgan? ¿Sí? o ¿No?

DRAMATIZACIÓN:
Santiago agarra la pistola de Antonio. Pega en la cabeza y Antonio está en el suelo. Esté inconsciente. Henry le dice, "¿Por qué pegaste Antonio?". Santiago le dice, "Soy impulsiva.". Santiago tira la pistola y se parte. Henry agarra la nota. Es el mapa "EL AGUA DE VIDA". Henry le dice, "¡Fantástico! ¡Agarren la plata!" Santiago le dice, "Henry, tú eres muy inteligente y atractivo." Henry quiere besar a Santiago.

¡Antonio se mueve como un loco! = Antonio acts like a crazy man!
