Transportation & Media Release Forms

 All Graduating Seniors, who plan to walk in the May graduation ceremony MUST:

A parent or guardian must sign the combined permission forms: TRANSPORTATION FORM and MEDIA RELEASE FORM. The two forms are written in both English and Spanish.
