Clearance 2024

Question:  What is Senior Clearance?

Answer:  Senior Clearance is a way to make sure you have no business left with the school system when you walk across the stage and accept your diploma cover. Your transcripts get sent to your colleges and universities, and your diploma is ready for pickup after graduation. 

Question:  When is Clearance? 

Answer:  Senior Clearance will happen Tuesday, April 30, 2024 through Monday, May 6, 2024. 

Question:  What is pre-clearing?

Answer: We are pre-clearing you so that you do not have to go to the offices where you have already been cleared. For example, the Library -- Most of you have already turned in all of your library books, so you will be "pre-cleared" and not have to go to the Library.

Question:  Is Clearance required for ToonHeadz or Play Day?

Answer: NO, not this year. 

Question: Does Clearance include sports uniforms or equiplment? 

Answer: YES, Clearance includes al 

Question: Is Clearance required for picking up your Cap & Gowns and your graduation tickets? 

Answer: YES, Clearance is required for both picking up your Cap & Gowns and your graduation tickets. 

Question: When can Cap & Gowns be picked up?

Answer: First, you must be Cleared to Pickup your Cap & Gown and Graduation Tickets. Second, pickups of Cap & Gown on May 6 or May 7 or May 9.  May 8 and 10 are not pickup days. 

Question: Where do I turn in my Clearance Form? 

Answer: When you pick up your Cap & Gown and Graduation Ticket.
