AP GoPo Mock SCOTUS p.1

This document outlines our task and the fictional case.

Students will play the role of U.S. Supreme Court justices. The process will include the (1) reading of the case information on this website, (2) look-up of the appropriate vocab and case outlines, (3) the all-class debate, and (4) the writing of the student's opinion (whether the student feels the search was constitutional or not, and why).
