You will complete a short internet search (assignment) to become familiar with 2 court cases and a few vocab. terms to allow all of us to communicate on equal terms.
You will argue the merits of the case in class, then write a short opinion paper outlining your opinion, properly referring to the SCOTUS case that best supports your thoughts, and properly applying the "plain view" doctrine.
