Christine Kern - Kindergarten Teacher

Christine Kern has been working in Douglas County School District for twenty-four years.  She worked as a Kindergarten Educational Assistant, a Kindergarten Enrichment teacher and now is a Kindergarten teacher at Eldorado Elementary.  In 2008, she earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies/Literacy and Teacher certification from Adams State University.  At Eldorado, she is a teacher representative for the Building Leadership Team.  She is inspired to create a positive, warm and caring learning environment that establishes lifelong learners.

Krisie Hamilton - Kindergarten

Krisie has taught for twenty three years here in Douglas County, fifteen years at Eldorado Elementary School, opening it with many of the beloved teachers who are still here today. Krisie has extensive training in Gifted and Talented learning, Early Childhood Education and Guided Reading. She is so very glad to be back working in her “home school” with so many familiar staff and community members giving lots of hugs.
