The study of ceramics enables you to develop an interest in and enjoyment of investigating evolving practices, technologies and ideas in ceramics and pottery.

You will learn by creating a variety of ceramics and pottery works.
Your practical work is linked to the theoretical components enhancing your overall understanding of ceramic practices both as a historical and contemporary art form.
Visual Design - Ceramics is offered as a
100 hours course for one year

How will you be assessed
50% practical and 50% theory course.
In class artworks form the basis of the practical mark as long with your Visual Arts Process Diary (VAPD)
Research tasks and assignments and in-class test will reflect the theory component.
