I have designed this website to assist those of you (and I know there are many) who have had prior difficulties with math or those who have legitimate fears when faced with math related ideas. Perhaps you are new to college and had some poor past experiences in math. Or maybe you are looking for a math class that is different than what you've done before. Or perhaps you are interested in completing your college math requirement this semester. Whatever your purpose is for being here, you are here for a reason. Some of you will perform well on much of the content, the first time you see it. That's great! Please take the time to help others in and out of class. Give pointers on how you've found success. Others will not always perform to the level they would like, but I am confident that changing your mindset about your mathematical ability will allow you to be successful.
Use the site as a tool to make you a better, more confident math student!!!
"Summer/Fall Registration will begin as planned beginning April 27. We have delayed assigning registration dates by one week to give priority programs more time to assign students to their cohorts. Students will be notified of their registration appointments on or before April 20, rather than April 13 as previously planned. There are no changes to the Academic Calendar in terms of the first day of instruction for all terms and sessions included in Summer and Fall 2020.
The Excused Withdrawal Petition for reasons related to COVID-19 is now live on the portal. Students must submit the petition no later than April 17 to receive a refund of their Enrollment Fees only (this does not include Health, Materials, Student Activity, Technology, and Transportation Fees.) The form will also be available on the Admissions & Records and Cashier’s web pages.
Parking fees will be refunded at a later date, separate from this petition process, at a rate of 50% for all students who paid for parking and attended Chaffey College prior to Track 2. We are authorizing separate refunds at 100% for students who have enrolled in only Track 2 classes this semester. Those students should contact us via an email to cashier.staff@chaffey.edu.
We have also developed an on-line process for Student ID cards. Students may now complete a request form on the portal, upload a photo, and we will print and mail their cards to them each week. It’s a longer turnaround, but at least they will be able to get access to the benefits they receive from their cards."
