All classes this summer will be in-person and online, unless in the cases that there is a large enough section and an available content area teacher that can teach the course as instructor-led.
The first day of session 1 will be June 1. The first day of session 2 will be June 22.
Students will be allowed to miss one day only. If they miss more than one day, they will be removed from the course.

This form MUST be completed PRIOR to enrollment in course for approval. No more that 3 TOTAL outside credits will be accepted for graduation.
