Vision Referrals - all of the required vision screenings have been completed for the year. If you received a vision referral for your student and have not taken them in for an eye exam, please do so. If you require any assistance with an eye exam, please contact the nurse as resources are available. 224-484-4511 or 224-484-4638.

6TH Grade Dental Exams are due by May 15th. Please turn into the nurses as soon as possible! Email reminders will go home to those who have not already done so.

School physicals

It's not too early to schedule your HIGH SCHOOL PHYSICAL! All students entering 9th grade will be required to turn in a current physical and immunization record. Any physical dated after August 1, 2023 will meet this requirement. Please contact the nurses with any questions!
