DENTAL EXAMS DUE SOON!!!

6TH Grade Dental Exams are due by May 15th. Please turn these into the nurses as soon as possible! Email reminders will go home to those who have not already done so. 

DENTAL CLINIC DATE CHANGE!!!

Greater Family Dental Clinic will be here March 17th and April 29th to provide free exams and cleanings for those that are eligible. If you would like for your student to be seen by the dentist for a free exam, please return the enclosed consent form to the nurses as soon as possible. Students will be pulled from class when it is time for their exam. There are extra forms in the main office if needed. 

*An exam is a requirement for all students in 6th and 9th grades. Participation in the dental clinic will meet this requirement. If you have an 8th grade student, participation will meet the 9th grade requirement for next year.

Vision Referrals - 

All of the required vision screenings have been completed for the year. If you received a vision referral for your student and have not taken them in for an eye exam, please do so. If you require any assistance with an eye exam, please contact the nurse as resources are available. 224-484-4511 or 224-484-4638.
