School Store in February
Q3 Celebration, March 14th
Quick shout out to our parent volunteers that came in to help the ARK team with the holiday school store in December. It always end up being our craziest/busiest school store. We couldn't have done it without them. Also thank you to the Parent Association for helping us find our amazing volunteers!
ARK Expectations
At DMS we follow ARK in our building. ARK stands for: Accountability, Responsibility, and Kindness.
Accountability - taking ownership of your actions, good or bad.
Responsibility - doing what you need to do in a timely manner.
Kindness - be respectful and kind to all.
When students are following ARK they are able to earn Cardunal Cash to use at our school stores, enter quarterly raffle prizes, and teachers may use them for incentives in the classroom.

January ARK Lesson
In the month of January ELT/Music classes will be presenting this months lesson. Students will be presented with reminders on school wide, and classroom expectations.
Q2 Celebration
Q2 Celebration
On the last day before winter break students spent time celebrating all the positive things that have happened through quarter 2. All students were introduced to the Kindness Machine that is being placed in student services, and is provided by the Interact Club from Jacobs High School.
Students were then celebrated the rest of their time through participating in Minute to Win It Games, 7th Grade Boys Basketball Team vs. Staff Game, and 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team vs. Staff Game.
