WHY the change to the Three Year Evaluation Cycle?
HB 18 allows for districts to move to a 3 year cycle for tenured staff who are in receipt of a proficient or excellent rating.
This change benefits both licensed staff and admin by spreading out the process over a longer time period and providing professional learning as part of our growth model.
The Professional Learning Experience (PLE)
Staff members who are in Year 1 of the Three Year Cycle will choose a Professional Learning Experience.
*Staff members who are not in Year 1 of the Three Year Cycle may still participate in the Professional Learning Experience if space provides.
