KUD's
KUD's (Knowledge, Understandings, Do's) are charts that give design to educational outcomes. They specifically list the content knowledge to inform the skills (the Do's) that we will see, hear, and assess. Teachers want students to make connections to larger ideas that are related to all this content and are transferable across the curricula. Therefore, we frame the knowledge and skills in an enduring understanding that helps students see the overall thinking.
