I went to lots of concerts and music festivals this summer!  Here is my favorite music group The Punch Brothers, featuring Chris Thile, Chris Eldridge, Paul Kowert, Noam Pikelny, and Brittany Haas, performing in Deerfield, MA.

My daughters and I spent time in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire for a week -- hiking, swimming, playing tennis and golf, and relaxing.  I have lived in New England all my life, but have never spent time in this area, so it was new and fun!

Summer always means spending time in Maine!  Here is the view from a little rental cottage in Belfast -- this area was chosen to be within striking distance to both Acadia National Park and Camden Hills State Park for daily hiking.  In the meantime, sitting on the porch overlooking Belfast Harbor was just right...
