I am a student looking to learn more about the field of engineering. My interests are mainly in architecture, aerospace engineering, and civil engineering. I want to gain work experience while learning.

I like working on an organized step-by-step basis. It makes it easier to find faults in the product by having the process laid out. 

I have experience working with multiple modeling software such as AutoDesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.

My name is Elisha Bailey and I am a focused student pursuing a certification in Mechanical Design Engineering Technology at Howell Cheney Technical High School. My passion for engineering drives my proficiency in tools like PROCAD and my commitment to safety through ongoing OSHA certification. I excel in problem-solving, collaboration, and communicating complex ideas, skills honed through presenting research to Connecticut’s Governor and contributing to community initiatives. I am eager to apply my technical knowledge and enthusiasm to impactful engineering projects while continuing to grow as a future engineer. 

I'm Ethan Burnett, a student in the Mechanical Design Engineering Technology (MDET) program at Howell Cheney Technical High School. I specialize in mechanical design, CAD modeling, and problem-solving, with a passion for turning ideas into practical solutions. Beyond the classroom, I enjoy 3D printing, designing, and fixing things around the house. 

Hi, my name is Ayman Ceasar, I am a student in Cheney Tech practicing Mechanical Drafting and Design. I've been in M.D.E.T for four years and I am hoping to get into Aerospace engineering. In my free time, I enjoy doing fun looking parts in solidworks and listening to music. 

My name is Max and I am a senior in MDET. I like problem solving and creating new ideas. I found a passion for engineering soon after coming to Cheney Tech. One day I would like to be a geological engineer. In my free time I like to listen to music and sleeping. 

I’m a motivated and driven individual with a passion for learning and personal growth. Throughout my time at Cheney Tech, I’ve developed strong skills in both academics and my chosen trade, which have prepared me for the next steps in my career. I am always eager to take on new challenges, whether in the classroom, hands-on projects, or extracurricular activities. I value teamwork, leadership, and time management, and I strive to bring these qualities to everything I do. I’m excited about the future and look forward to using the skills and experiences I’ve gained to achieve my career goals and continue growing both personally and professionally. 

I’m Rahath Islam, currently attending Howell Cheney Technical High School. I’m part of the MDET department. I love doing all sorts of things here in MDET like my daily drawings and cycle projects. Outside of school I enjoy watching and playing a lot of soccer. 

My name is Elijah Maciolek, I found my passion in CADD and had to be in MDET. I have put many hours into CADD software, earning many certifications. Designing and perfecting is what drives me. If you need something done efficiently and to perfection, I’m your guy.

My name is An Nguyen, a student at Howell Cheney Technical High School, where I'm studying in the MDET (Manufacturing, Design, Engineering, and Technology) program. I’ve always had a passion for hands-on work and problem-solving, which is why MDET is such a great fit for me. My name is Louiciah Pierre-Jacques and engineering has been a part of my life since I was a kid. Other than engineering I like other things like writing, spending time with loved ones, and playing games.

Hi, my name is Kanye Pitts. I am a student at Cheney tech learning the trade of Mechanical design engineering technology. I enjoy learning new things within this trade and I hope to bring my skills to a company one day. While not in trade I like to spend my free time playing basketball, playing video games or spending time with my family and friends.

I’m a Howell Cheney Technical High School student in the trade of Mechanical Design Engineering Technology(MDET), where I learn about the different design techniques and create my own designs. Outside of school, I enjoy playing badminton, video games, and listening to music. 

My name is Jaden C. Seegobin, and I am currently enrolled in the Mechanical Design Engineering Technology (M.D.E.T.) program at Cheney Technical High School. I have a strong interest in architecture, with a particular passion in designing aesthetically pleasing homes and interior spaces. Outside of my academics and designs, I am actively involved in kickboxing and Muay Thai, and I maintain a keen interest in various combat sports, including MMA, boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai. When I am not engaging in these activities, I enjoy watching films and spending quality time with family and friends.
