This service is on a "First Come, First Served" basis.
Step One: Complete the ACEE Residence and Living Support Services Application
Step Two: Sign your services contract and pay the holding deposit of $3,000.00 NEW PROMOTION: Book now for a reduced holding deposit of $500.00!! (this amount IS applied to your total balance)
Final Step: Pay the remainder of your service fee (due date is the same as your JHU tuition deadline)
*If you do not sign your services contract by the deadline, your application can be rejected*

$24,050.00*/program year
The fee for one additional occupant (spouse or child) is $2,400. Two additional occupants is $4,200. Only two additional occupants are allowed. The additional occupants cannot be another student in the program. Some exceptions apply. Contact the Program Director with any questions.

$18,535.00*/program year per person/room

Apartments are on a "first come, first served" basis, so your requested preference is not guaranteed. It is suggested that you include more than one preference on your service application.
