The aim of this activity is for the students to gain hands-on experience with Hotelogix by learning to efficiently manage the reservation process, from creating new bookings and checking reservation list ensuring a streamlined and professional approach to hotel reservations.

Learn how to create, modify, and manage individual and group reservations using Hotelgix Online.
Understand how to handle cancellations and no-shows within a Property Management System (PMS).
Develop practical skills in using a PMS to streamline hotel operations.
Instructions:
Access Hotelogix Online Trial:
Visit the Hotelogix website and sign up for the free trial or use the provided credentials.
Log into the system to begin the activity.
Creating a New Reservation:
Navigate to the "Calendar" section and click a certain date to enable booking.
Fill in the required information for an individual guest:
Room type and room number
(Type of Room: Standard Room) (Choose an available Room)
Check-in and check-out dates
(October 2-4, 2024)
Guest name, phone number, and email address
Guest Name:(2 adults) Your name and your mother's name
Cellphone Number: 12345678910
Email Address: Institutional Email
Under the comment write any requested details from guests.

Navigate the details of the Payment

Save the reservation and email the confirmation slip to the guest.
