Learning Outcomes

1. Understand how to efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using Hotelogix Online.

2. Learn how to handle room assignments, billing, and payment processing during check-in and check-out.

3. Apply express check-out and late check-out options using the Property Management System (PMS).

Instructions:

1. Access KWHotel Online Trial:

   • Visit the Hotelogix website and log into the online trial version using the provided credentials.

2. Simulating a Guest Check-In:

   • Select the existing reservation available in the calendar.

   • Begin the check-in process by verifying the guest’s details and adding other important details that were not mentioned during the booking. Like the ff.:

   • Confirm check-in.

1. Simulating a Check-Out:

   • Select a guest check-in guest who is ready to check out.

   • Review all charges (e.g., room rates, additional services like dining or spa) and generate the final bill.

   • Generate Guest Folio and save a PDF copy with the file name SURNAME_GUEST FOLIO

   • Complete the payment process for any outstanding balance.

   • Confirm check-out in the system.

   • Print check-out card and save a PDF copy with the file name SURNAME_CHECKOUT CARD
