Marching Band Picture Day, 9am-12pm
The band room is for current band students only. This is to keep the room protected and keep traffic flow moving efficiently.
The band room doors are locked during Quarters 1, 2 & 4. Please be sure you have everything you need during the game before we march to the stadium.
Please eat before you arrive. Concessions get popular in the 3rd Quarter, and you are not guaranteed food.
Make sure all sections are back in the stands at 0:00 in the 3rd Quarter.
At the end of the night:
The band section in stadium is clean before the entire band departs for the band room. The band room will not open until this is complete.
All uniforms are correctly hung up, stored, and taken care of.
All equipment is put back in its home.
The band room and adjacent rooms (guard, drums, makeup) are ready for next use.
Get ready to show off those uniforms and smiles!
When: Saturday, September 6
Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Where: Red Hawk Stadium
We’re taking individual, section, and full band pictures — this is your chance to capture the 2025 season forever!
👉 Picture forms will be passed out in class on Monday. Don’t lose yours!
Come looking sharp, bring your best energy, and let’s make these pictures ones to remember. ❤️🖤🎶

Because who doesn't love a little Carolina Crown Tuning Sequence? The Carolina Crown Brass Tuning Sequence is a warm-up we use to get everyone playing together in tune and with a great sound. It starts with long notes and simple exercises that help us match pitch, tone, and balance across the section. By listening carefully and adjusting, we learn how to lock in chords and blend as one unified sound. This routine isn’t just about tuning—it’s about building consistency, control, and the powerful brass sound Crown is known for.
