Before School Tennis Coaching

We are offering a 8 week Before School Tennis Coaching program. Kurt McNamara from Promac Tennis will be coaching and is excited to work with our kids. All Year groups and abilities are catered for!

When:

Wednesday - Year 3/4

Thursday - Year 0-2

Friday - Year 5/6

Date: Starts Week 1

Where: New Turf

Cost: $56

Equipment: Racquets provided.

- Held on Tuesday afternoons for 7 weeks.

- Starts: 4th August with a practice session for all teams. Here there will be a briefing on Table Tennis rules including scoring, serving and an intro on how to play doubles. Competition fixtures will commence on the 11th August and finish on the 15th September.

- Venue: Waldegrave Lounge at Central Energy Trust Arena.

- Subject to the number of entries, there may be two time slots for fixtures. Time slot one will be from 3:45-4:30 pm and time slot two will be from 4:45-5:30 pm. Fixtures should take about 45 minutes to complete. If only one time slot is required each week, it will be from 3:45-4:45 pm.

- Cost: $30

- A team is to made up of 2 players. (A minimum of two and maximum of three players can play each week).

- Students must be in Years 4, 5 or 6 to play.

Term 3 School Badminton Competition

Date: Tuesdays 28th July until 15th September

Venue: CET Arena 4, 61 Pascal Street, Palmerston North

Who: Open to Yr4, Yr5 and Yr6 players from all local schools

Cost: $45 per person

Time: 4pm-5.30pm
