Students will be introduced to the Family and Consumer Science Pathways with a focus on international perspectives on family life around the world. The career pathways introduced include Nutrition and Food Science, Consumer Services, Family, Community, Global Leadership, Culinary Arts, and Early Childhood Education. In this course, middle school students will experience a variety of activities that will promote self-awareness, multi-cultural awareness, leadership, and development of skills needed to achieve personal goals relating to family, home, career, and community.
