Our action plan is to provide more mental health resources for students. We plan to get this proposed policy accepted by meeting with principals and teachers to inform them about how mental health resources are gravely needed in schools. Then, from there we will go to school board members with our plan and converse with them on our thoughts and plans. Afterwards we will find counselors that specialize in therapy for teenagers, and that are willing to assist students that require dire mental health assistance. We would also converse with the community and parents about how we plan to provide and expose kids to mental health resources for them to get help if necessary.
Meet district
We will make sure our method is full proof and converse with the teachers and try to persuade them to advocate our plan to the principal. We will then try to be very convincing and talk to the principal about how more mental health resources are needed with the extreme threats resulting in school education system's being disturbed which are mainly caused from mental health neglect.
Ensure whether our plan would work
Once we convince and show principals that more resources and accessibility is needed, and making getting those resources needed more normalized. We will take our supporters to board members to ask their thoughts and whether this plan shall be put into place.
Search for someone qualified and see if their are willing to apply
If they agree it should be put into place we will converse with therapists specialized in therapy for kids and see if their interested in working at schools with kids. Once we find a good amount of people willing to participate in schools to provide for kids. We will find new rooms for them all around the school and hire them.
Afterwards we inform the public on our plan
After we will inform parents about how we are providing more mental health resources in hopes it helps with lessening school threats. If there is a stigma around more mental health and parents don't want there kids to go to counselors we can provide a survey and have kids and parents take it and try to not have those kids involved a lot in the program. But we will urge and try very hard to convince parents to help lessen school threats or to help with the aftermath by getting support for their kids.
