Hello Gators!
What fun we had gobbling up our last week before Thanksgiving break!
This week in Spanish, we learned about El Pavo (turkey) and El Dia De Acion De Gracias (Thanksgiving!)
This week in Creativity class, students from kinder to fifth grade leaned into the Thanksgiving feeling by making turkeys turkeys everywhere! Kinder took on paper plate turkeys, first grade saw a flurry of rainbow turkeys, while second grade added fun texture to their turkeys with tissues squares. Third grade learned all about blending oil pastels as they made their colorful turkey plumage. Fourth grade made tie dye feather turkeys! 5th grade pushed themselves to create the most beautiful water color turkeys.
In PE, students braved our ever changing weather to get their bodies moving! Students were also excited to welcome back Coach Childs and ask all about his new boy!
On behalf of the entire specials team we wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!
See you next time,

Keys Of Excellence
Live in INTEGRITY Conduct yourself with authenticity, sincerity and wholeness that results when your values and behavior are aligned.

SPEAK WITH GOOD PURPOSE Speak in a positive sense with good intent, being responsible for honest and direct communication. Avoid gossip and harmful communication.
Live in the Now - THIS IS IT! Focus your attention on the present moment. Each moment counts. Give each task your best effort.
Affirm your COMMITMENT Follow through on your promises and obligations; live your vision. Do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Take OWNERSHIP Take responsibility and be accountable for your actions. Be someone who can be counted upon, someone who responds.
Stay FLEXIBLE Be open to change or a new approach when it helps you get the outcome you desire.
Keep your BALANCE Keep your mind, body, and spirit in alignment. Balance self, work, and family.
