Stephanie Richards

10-12 Guidance Counselor | Learning Community C

Stephanie Richards will always call Wisconsin home. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay with a double major in Psychology and Human Development. With the encouragement of her roommate, she moved to Boston 18 years ago to pursue a Master's degree in School Guidance Counseling at UMass Boston.

She had the privilege of interning at CRLS during her program and with great pride, she can now say she has been at CRLS for over 15 years. As a first-generation college bound student, Stephanie understands the life-changing impact educators have when they are invested in students and their individual goals. This is what drives her work-and the endless cups of coffee she is always drinking. Stephanie looks forward to chatting with her counselees and discussing their academic and post-secondary goals, their favorite type(s) of cheese, how to manage stress (Hallmark movies and HGTV for her!) and dream travel destinations.
