Emily Beaulieu
9th Grade Counselor | Learning Community C + R
Ms. Beaulieu (Bowl-yer) has been working with students for 15+ years in various capacities. For 5 years she worked at a non-profit organization where she taught students work competency and executive functioning skills in low-income communities. This role prompted her to move to Boston and earn an M.Ed in Counseling, after which she moved to South Carolina to work as a 7th-9th grade counselor. She developed EF curriculum and supported the transition to high school as well as the social/emotional well-being of her students. She returned to Boston to continue her work in EF and social/emotional learning and feels lucky to be a part of the CRLS team!
Ms. Beaulieu is passionate about the holistic development of young people - while her job focuses primarily on developing academic skill sets and student adjustment to high school, she cares deeply about students’ well-being. “It is hard to be a young person today, and I hope to help you gain the skills to navigate life both in high school and beyond!”
